answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/09/2018 answer text <p>The UK is seeking a Comprehensive Air Transport Agreement with the EU which maintains liberal aviation access between the UK and EU, as well as continued participation within the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). We are confident of securing this.</p><p> </p><p>We do not want or expect a no deal scenario but we have a duty to responsibly prepare for it. The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is therefore implementing plans to take over the responsibilities of EASA if a deal is not reached with the EU. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 06/09/2018 answer text <p>We are aware of the report by Imperial College London entitled ‘<em>Palm oil supply chain complexities impedes implementation of corporate no-deforestation commitments.</em>’</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Although we have no plans to formally assess the report, the Government’s 25 Year Environment Plan makes clear the UK’s commitment to supporting the implementation of deforestation-free supply chains for key commodities, including palm oil, working with a broad range of stakeholders.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>We are a co-signatory to the Amsterdam Declarations, which are political agreements that aim to support the implementation of private sector commitments on deforestation and sustainable palm oil. Members of staff across the Department for Work and Pensions provide advice and analysis on EU Exit issues as required.</p><p> </p><p>Given the interactions between EU exit work and the Department’s other priorities, it is not possible to provide the information requested.
