We are committed to meeting our climate change commitments as cost effectively as possible and over the last 10 years emissions from the power sector have decreased by 57%. Looking ahead we have committed to further reducing our dependence on fossil fuels by phasing out unabated coal from our power system altogether by 2025. The funding includes a £296 million Pothole Action Fund. We have a large charging point network, and we are rapidly expanding it. As she knows, we have just announced a local charging infrastructure fund of £400 million. A lot of work is being done with local authorities, and I encourage my hon. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/07/2018 answer text <p>The Department is the main data controller responsible for the appropriate use of centrally held pupil data.</p><p>Before any data can be shared it has to go through a strict governance process. Officials, including legal experts and senior civil servants with data expertise, assess the application for public benefit, legal underpinning, proportionality (ensuring the minimum amount of data is used to meet the purpose), and that strict information security standards have been satisfied.</p><p>Commercial companies (such as those who provide systems that schools utilise to reflect and benchmark detailed areas of performance) may occasionally receive extracts of pupil data, subject to the strict governance and security measures in place. However, respect for human rights, including the provisions of non-discrimination and protection for freedom of religion is one of the four Partnership Principles that guide the DFID Pakistan programme, and which are also set out in Pakistan’s constitution. A Partnership Principles Assessment provides the basis for regular bilateral assistance talks between the UK and Pakistan and is regularly reviewed.</p><p> </p><p>While DFID has not carried out a general review of textbooks in Sindh, we have reviewed textbooks used in DFID supported non-government primary schools in Sindh.
