answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/04/2018 answer text <p>The consultation on reforming the Gender Recognition Act 2004 will be published in due course, which will then run for at least 12 weeks. We are currently considering the content of the consultation. <br> <br> We have been using the time to analyse the responses of trans people to National LGBT survey, who shared their experiences of and views on applying for a Gender Recognition Certificate under the Gender Recognition Act. We will publish the results of this survey shortly.</p><p>Our engagement with a range of people and organisation ahead of the consultation launch has been very valuable too.
