<p>We are acutely aware that during armed conflict, civilians often pay a heavy price. It is essential that all parties to the conflict in Yemen, including Houthi forces, comply with International Humanitarian Law (IHL). We regularly raise the importance of IHL compliance with the Saudi-led Coalition, and when allegations of IHL are made, we insist that they are investigated and that any lessons are acted upon. We have also provided training to support the ability of the Saudi-led Coalition to comply with IHL.</p>
