answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/11/2017 answer text <p>No hydraulic fracturing operations have taken place and so the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has not received any operations reports under Regulation 19 of the Offshore Installations and Wells (Design and Construction, etc) Regulations 1996.
