We have made clear starter homes should be targeted at first-time buyers who would otherwise be priced out of the market; have consulted on a minimum 10 per cent affordable home ownership national planning policy expectation for major sites; and have made good progress securing suitable sites for starter homes through the starter homes land fund.</p> more like this
