answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/07/2017 answer text <p>Women born between 6 April 1950 and 5 April 1953 were affected by State Pension age equalisation under the Pensions Act 1995.</p><p> </p><p>The Pensions Act 2011 accelerated the equalisation of State Pension age, and included transitional arrangements limiting State Pension age delays, affecting women born between 6 April 1953 and 5 December 1953. It also brought forward the increase in State Pension age from 65 to 66 which affected women born between 6 December 1953 and 5 April 1960.</p><p> </p><p>Information on the numbers affected by constituent country, parliamentary constituency or local authority is not held by the Department for Work and Pensions. The British Government strongly condemns the targeting of innocent people based on their religion or beliefs.</p><p>We regularly raise our concerns about the protection of minority communities, including religious minorities, with the Pakistani Government at a senior level. The Foreign Secretary discussed the importance we attach to safeguarding the rights of all Pakistan's citizens during his visit to Pakistan in November 2016.</p><p>In January 2017, my predecessor, my hon. All GP practices in England now use computerised records.</p><p> </p><p>All secondary care providers of acute, mental health, community and ambulance services are making progress in digitising their records. This has been achieved through a combination of local and national investment.
