answer text <p>For operational reasons, the FCO does not provide data on the number of valid security passes. However, valid passes are issued to many individuals, including those who are employed directly inside FCO buildings in the UK and for those individuals who do not work directly inside the FCO but who need regular access. This latter group includes members of the Emergency Services and personnel employed within the Royal Household.</p> more like this

answer text <p>​Civil Servants have the ability to work flexibly across government sites where there is a business need to do so. The issuing of all passes is controlled by the local Departmental Security teams which follow strict procedures and protocols. There is no business or security need to separate the information, therefore they are not recorded.</p> more like this
