answer text <p>The Ascension Island Government's new Biosecurity Officer is working to strengthen biosecurity measures for the Island. As part of this, key stakeholders, including those involved in the runway resurfacing, will be consulted, in order to ensure that future imports will not risk introducing new species that could have a negative impact on the island's important biodiversity, or pose a threat to human health.</p> more like this
