It will be for Parliament to determine which legislation should or should not be repealed after the passage of the Great Repeal Act. Member to the answer given on 17th October 2016 to the Question 47173.</p><p>Nothing has yet been decided on whether the UK will continue participation in the European Centre for Disease Control after leaving the European Union.
