The industry chaired working groups cover trade, energy, procurement, and future capability and capacity. The secretariat for the Steel Council, comprising of Gareth Stace from UK Steel and senior representatives from the Department of Business, Innovation and Skills, meet on a regular basis to drive this work forward. Each year, an independent evaluation of NCS is published, including information on the total cost of the programme and cost per participant. These evaluations can be found at: <a href="http://www.ncsyes.co.uk/our-impact" target="_blank">http://www.ncsyes.co.uk/our-impact</a> and the 2015 evaluation is due to be published later this year.</p><p>NCS Trust publishes its accounts each year, and information for 2015/16 will be released in due course.
