answer text <p /> <p>The potential implications of closing the Independent Living Fund are set out clearly in the Equality Analysis published on 6 March 2014. As a part of this we made a commitment to monitor the actual impact of the closure of the ILF on former users of the ILF.</p><p> </p><p>All local authorities have been allocated sufficient funding to ensure that existing commitments to former ILF users can be paid in full for the remainder of this year.</p> more like this
