answer text <p>We have not received information from UK Financial Investments (UKFI) relating to the operation of RBS’s Global Restructuring Group (GRG) as a profit centre for the bank.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Similarly, we have not received information from UKFI relating to the implications of the operations of GRG for small business customers.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>As you are aware, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is currently investigating the operations of GRG in relation to its treatment of business customers in financial difficulty. If the FCA identifies issues which come within its remit, it will consider further regulatory measures.</p><p> </p> more like this

answer text <p>Civil nuclear safety and security are priorities for the Government. The Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR) regulates safety and security at UK licenced nuclear sites and site licensees are required to demonstrate appropriate security plans against a range of relevant threats, which are updated on an on-going basis. The details of these threats are not released on grounds of National Security.</p><p>DECC officials are currently reviewing the evidence from the session of the French Parliament and relevant findings will be taken forward with the ONR.</p> more like this
