The Turkish government regard PYD as an affiliate of the proscribed terrorist organisation, the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK). More than 3,000 people have been killed by the group this year and over 1.5 million have been displaced.</p><p>Addressing the threat from Boko Haram is primarily the responsibility of the Nigerian authorities. However, the UK, along with other international partners is providing support to Nigeria and its neighbours in their efforts to defeat Boko Haram. This support includes a range of intelligence, military and development assistance both to support current operations and to help tackle the long term causes of instability. I led the UK delegation to the last meeting of regional foreign ministers on 3 September in Abuja. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/11/2014 answer text <p>We maintain a regular dialogue at all levels with the Turkish government on the threat posed by the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL). The Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, my right Hon Friend the Member for Runnymede and Weybridge (Mr Hammond), discussed cooperation against ISIL with the Turkish Foreign Minister when they spoke on 9 October 2014. Since then, the Turkish President has made clear Turkey’s commitment to support international efforts to tackle the threat posed by ISIL. <br><br>Turkey is already making a valuable contribution to the international campaign against ISIL through use of its airspace and its airbases for reconnaissance and humanitarian support. Chinese law requires that prisoners give prior consent for their organs to be used in this way.</p><p>In March 2012, the Chinese government announced plans to phase out the use of organs from executed prisoners for transplant and to create a national organ donation system. We continue to encourage China to make further progress in this respect, including by sharing best practice.</p><p>We most recently raised allegations of forced organ removal and the treatment of detainees in China at the UK China Human Rights Dialogue in May 2014. The UN Commission of Inquiry on Human Rights in the DPRK recommended that the UN Security Council introduce targeted sanctions on human rights grounds. We have called on the Government of Sudan to allow the United Nations-African Union Mission in Darfur (UNAMID) unhindered access so that the UN can conduct a full investigation into these alleged appalling crimes. We note that UNAMID was granted access to Tabit on 9 November, but are concerned by reports that their investigations took place under the close observation of Sudanese security officials.
