Preventing and detecting fraud is one of Her Majesty's Passport Office's (HMPO's) key objectives and in 2013-14, of 9,033 cases of fraud were detected.<br><br>The British passport is one of the most secure documents of its kind. Working with national and international law enforcement agencies, HMPO continues to monitor and review the security of the document in order to prevent and detect fraud both, domestically and overseas. This includes introducing a range of automated system checks; increased interventions with applicants who report their passport as lost or stolen on multiple occasions; and an enhanced facial recognition system. The numbers of asylum seekers in receipt of support are available broken down by Local Authority.<br><br>As at the end of June 2014, there were 26 asylum seekers receiving Section 95 support from Havering Local Authority. These figures exclude any asylum seekers who may be living in Havering but are not receiving support, as figures are not held.<br><br>The numbers of asylum seekers in receipt of section 95 support, broken down by Local Authority, are published on a quarterly basis by the Home Office in Table as_16_q of the Immigration Statistics release. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/10/2014 answer text <p>The annual limit, together with other reforms the Government has made since 2010, is helping to deliver an immigration system which works in the national interest: welcoming migrant workers who will contribute to economic growth, while reducing numbers to a more sustainable level and eliminating abuse.<br><br>The limit was last formally reviewed in 2012 by the Migration Advisory Committee, who recommended no change to its level. The Government has <br>committed to maintaining the limit at 20,700 places per year for at least the remainder of this parliament, to provide businesses with a period of policy stability.<br><br>The limit is working effectively and we continue to monitor its operation. Non-EU net migration was 218,000 in September 2010. We have cut it to 162,000 – down 56,000 under this Government.
