<p>Recent data for years since the tuition fee reforms and access agreements is not
yet available, but the latest data from the Universities and Colleges Admissions Service
(UCAS) shows that entry rates to higher education for all ethnic groups in 2013 had
increased and overall, there was a much higher representation of black and minority
ethnic groups in university than in the overall population of England.</p><p> </p><p>
